For those of you who don’t know there is a new softdent version release 12.0.5.56. This is a minor release but it has some significant fixes. One major fix is “Balance Mismatches”. You won’t have to validate the balances anymore, it will be done for you automatically. This is a major relief to the support desk because they get about 95-100 or more calls a day to correct this problem that seems to come up constantly. This release also has many updated Medicaid forms for many states that include IN, PA and TN.
All you have to do is perform a Web Update on your main computer/server. Once you have downloaded the 12.05.56 on your server, install it and then open up softdent on your other computers.
