Author: MAJOR ISSUES:- The End of Day Callback report did not show the correct age for the patient in prior versions, this issue has been resolved.
Write offs now appear in their own column on the treatment plan printout for patients with Percentage PPO, Percentage Medicare, and Flat Fee insurance plans.
OTHER FIXES/ISSUES:- Minor issue related to disappearing credit card transactions: Fixed the way the Find Repair Corrupt utility handles the VisaNetTrans.dat record.
Customized clinical condition requiring tooth and surface cannot be toggled off of the chart by charting it again to the same tooth and surface.
Some clients may’ve experienced an “Unexpected error” message when closing charting module, this issue has been resolved.
Electronic Services – ECCPS report SoftDent locks up when printing credit card report for individual provider.
An issue noticed when refreshing Practice Central and then clicking on an appointment when in the scheduler, which would result in a general program fault (SDWin.exe error) has been resolved.
In prior versions of 12.0 when attempting to auto schedule TP Items utilizing all ‘O’s’ (‘Override’) for the assignment template, a ‘No Open Slots…’ message may have been displayed. This issue is resolved.
In prior versions the account totals on the Account Aging report for a provider may have been different than what is viewed on the account’s payment screen. This issue has been resolved.
